Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data in the Contact Form

This information text has been prepared by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arzu Akçal, acting as the data controller, to inform you in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Turkish Data Protection Law” - PDPL) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, regarding the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection methods, the parties your data may be shared with, and your rights under the Turkish Data Protection Law (PDPL).

The personal data you share via the contact form on our website, such as your name, surname, and email address, are processed to enable the relevant departments of our Clinic to perform the necessary activities to benefit individuals from the services provided and to manage business processes and communicate with you regarding the matter you contacted us about.

Additionally, please note that we do not have absolute control over the information you provide through this form. We recommend not sharing personal data or sensitive personal data with us that you do not wish us to know.

These personal data are processed automatically based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (PDPL), namely "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the processing of personal data of the parties to the contract is necessary" and "being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation." These data will only be shared with judicial authorities in case of legal disputes.
